We’ve had a makeover! Venuemob has a brand new look, and we’ve built brand-spanking new dashboard for our venue partners.
It’s been a HUGE year here at Venuemob. We’ve grown to a team of nearly 30 staff, we picked up ‘Best Product or Service’ at the Australian Event Awards, and now we’re launching a brand new version of Venuemob.
We’ve had a facelift, and we look amazing!
And with our brand spanking new website, so too comes a brand new dashboard for our 3000+ venue partners.
We listened to your feedback, consulted venues of all sizes and styles, and chatted at length with the many venue teams, and hospitality groups we collaborate with. We’re super excited about the result.
So. What’s new?
First things first, Venuemob Manager looks real good. Respond to enquiries and update your listing on the go, with a design that’s responsive and looks tip-top on mobile.
We know that having multiple users log into the same venue account is vital. That’s why you can now add function and venue managers to each venue account – each with their own login access.
Add your own leads to the dashboard to keep track of everything in one spot.
Keep track of all events with your activity feed, detailing all new enquiries, messages, tasks and reminders.
In the coming weeks we’ll be adding a heap of new features and tools, so keep your eyes peeled. Think billing details and invoice data, reporting tools and venue stats, more pricing features, an availability calendar, and notes, proposals and files for each event enquiry.
And of course, all the features you’re familiar with are still there – only they look WAY better.
