Can I have a bar tab?

A bar tab can be set up at the beginning of your function with a specified limit. This can be revised as the function progresses and increased if need be.

Do you do 21st birthdays?

Yes we can do 21st Birthdays in our private functions rooms only.

Can I have a DJ?

Our private function spaces don’t have the capacity to run a separate DJ. The venue provides DJ entertainment on a Friday and Saturday night in our Public spaces and we can provide background music for your function.

Can underage guests attend my function?

Underage guests can attend your function until 10.00 pm and there must be adult supervision at the function.

How do I secure the venue?

To secure your booking we would simply require a deposit and receipt of the booking confirmation form and the signed terms and conditions. This will be provided to you by our Function Coordinators.

What is your deposit amount?

The minimum deposit is $400.00 or 10% of the estimated value of your function, which ever is greater.

Do you cater for special diets?

Dietary requirements can be catered for with advanced notice. Dietary requirements should be advised with your final numbers 7 days prior to the function date.

Can I decorate the venue for my function?

Our private spaces already come themed however you can you provide additional decorative pieces such as balloons, flowers. Confetti cannot be used in the venues. This should be discussed with the Functions Coordinator when planning.
