Yes, but all underage guests must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Our liquor licence is until 12am however this can be extended.
Once the contract is issued we do require this to be signed and sent back within 7 working days along with a 30% deposit to secure the booking.
Yes, you can provide your own decorations or we do work with theming companies as well.
Final numbers are not required until 30 days prior to event start date.
We are very fortunate to be located on 12 acres of beautiful grounds and offer a range of free activities which include 4 x tennis courts, putting green/croquet green, lawn bowls and giant chess, which would be perfect for team building activities otherwise the beach is located directly in front of the hotel and offers another fantastic option. If you are looking at structured team building, Mantra Lorne does work with a couple of brilliant companies that can either organise something onsite or in the stunning region.
Our preferred AV supplier, Myles Productions can provide you with all your audio visual requirements and can tailor quotes to suit your needs.
