Can I have external catering at Red Scooter?

Externally catered events have use of the Hamilton Room between 12pm and 4pm for day events, and between 6pm and 12am for evening events.

How do I confirm my booking?

Deposit required ($3000), as well as a filled out booking form. Full payment of the event is required seven days prior to the event.

What staff is provided for Red Scooter events?

1x venue supervisor; 1x bar staff; 1x kitchen porter, 1x car parking attendant/crowd controller. Yes, there is parking available!

A lot of our guests said it was one of the best wedding they had been to which is a credit to Red Scooter Events!
